What we collect
Account data (name, email, hashed password), workspace content you create (contacts, conversations, templates, automations), waitlist and contact-form submissions, and operational logs (logins, edits) kept for security auditing.
What we do with it
We use your data to run Kori for your workspace — nothing else. We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or train AI models on your workspace content. Waitlist emails are used only to contact you about the product you signed up for.
Where it lives
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted with our infrastructure providers. Workspace data is logically isolated per workspace, and passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your workspace data, correction of inaccurate data, or full deletion of your account and workspace at any time by contacting us. Deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days.
Cookies
We set one strictly-necessary session cookie when you log in. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
