The service
Kori provides business-management software and related services, operated by Kori (“we”). By creating an account or engaging our services you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
Your account
Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity in your workspace. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for the business you register.
Acceptable use
Don't use Kori to send spam, store unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to access other workspaces. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your data
Workspace content belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion at any time.
Products in development
Items listed in Kori Lab (including Kori Reply and Kori Studio) are not yet available and are described for information only. Joining a waitlist creates no purchase obligation on either side, and planned features may change before launch.
Fees
The Solo plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices on the pricing page. We will never delete your data solely for non-payment; workspaces revert to free-plan limits.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
